Privacy policy

Activ Ops (ops.activ.in) is the internal planning tool of Activ Solutions, a sound and light rental company. Only Activ Solutions staff can log in.

What we keep

Event details (client, venue, dates, equipment, notes), the names, phone numbers and email addresses of our crew, vehicle details, and files our staff attach to an event. This is stored in a database and file store in Mumbai, India.

Google Calendar

When an admin connects Google, the app uses Google Calendar access only to create, update and remove the events it manages on the Activ Events calendar, and to invite the crew assigned to each event. It does not read your other calendars or events, does not use Google data for advertising, and does not share it with anyone. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. An admin can disconnect Google at any time in Settings, and you can remove access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Zoho Books

The app reads clients, estimates and invoices from our own Zoho Books account to link them to events, and creates delivery challans there when asked.

We do not sell or share this data. To have your details corrected or removed, contact Activ Solutions through activ.in.
